The SQUARE BAG

This work was the first of many up-cycle projects involving textiles and bags. It opened new doors of opportunities to what can be done with deadstock fabric and a new passion for bag making. 

This bag is entirely made with off-cuts from different types of fabric. The square pattern came together as I found different pieces of fabric, the same with the lining, the strap and the filling. The soft and puffy filling is made with recycled minor cuts of fabric that all together give the bag its iconic volume and shape.
